  • Tiny: <$100K annual expenditures
  • Small: <$300K annual expenditures
  • Medium: <$1M annual expenditures
  • Large: >$1M annual expenditures
  • Huge: >$5M annual expenditures

Additional factors affecting price:

  • transaction volume, # of bank/asset accounts, payroll complexity, filing requirements, special fund tracking

Hourly rates used to produce quotes are based on organization size and other rate classifications:

About our Solidarity Rates:

Populus optimizes Solidarity Rates for qualifying members and clients in order to subsidize services for those with greater financial need.

  • Equity Rate (-25%):
    Available for those with financial constraints and highly aligned missions.
    • For Members & Non-Members: Equity rates are aligned with our lowest possible rate: the monthly sustainer member prices
  • Redistribution Rate (+33%):
    For organizations that can contribute more, supporting equitable access to our services for others.
    • For Non-Members: Redistribution Rates are approximately 33% higher than the Regular Rates at $80-85 (Tech) and $200-225 (Advisor)
    • For Member Organizations: Redistribution Rates are aligned with the Regular Rates, reflecting a balance of contribution and membership benefits.

Example's of Redistrion Rate Applications:

  • A non-member organization paying the Redistribution Rate supports the equitable access of Populus Services by contributing more than the standard rate.
  • A member organization, already supporting the collective through their membership, pays the same rate as non-members but benefits from added value and resources exclusive to members.
