In this 2-hour workshop, we explore how strong governance is the foundation of any resilient organization. Just as evergreen trees rely on deep roots to weather the storms of winter, effective governance provides the structural strength necessary for long-term sustainability. Participants will explore board roles and responsibilities, traits of strong directors, and how to build a lasting board culture. The workshop also delves into different governance structures to help organizations choose models that suit their long-term goals.

The Evergreen Resilience Training Series Cost & Pricing:
Each workshop in the Evergreen Resilience training series costs between $30-$100 for non-members and $20-$0 for Populus user members.
This sliding scale pricing approach is rooted in values of accessibility, equity, and community support. It allows individuals or organizations with fewer financial resources to participate at a lower rate while encouraging those with greater financial means to contribute more, ensuring broader accessibility.
